Jin Shin Jyutsu® (JSJ) is an ancient healing art, that helps promote both physical and emotional health. It resembles acupressure in the use of gentle, external pressure using the hands, to stimulate the flow or energy within the body (like acupuncture without the needles).
Jin Shin Jyutsu is beneficial for a variety of conditions, including acute and chronic pain, increasing immune function, eliminating fatigue and migraines, reducing stress, and improving digestion.
The 60-minute Jin Shin Jyutsu treatments take place in the comfort of my home in Pointe Claire, Quebec. After your JSJ treatment, I can provide you with simple self-help JSJ tips that you can do at home.

What to expect
The Jin Shin Jyutsu treatment takes approximately 60 minutes, lying on your back, fully clothed on a massage table.
You should wear comfortable clothing.
After you arrive, you will need to remove any watches or bracelets from your wrist, as well as, and your belt if you’re wearing one.
People experience different things during the treatment, including a gurgling stomach, but most clients experience a deep sense of relaxation.
After the treatment, drink plenty of water and, if it is your first treatment, avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day.
