Looking for relief from pain or fatigue?
Jin Shin Jyutsu® (JSJ) is an ancient healing art, that helps promote both physical and emotional health. It resembles acupressure in the use of gentle, external pressure using the hands, to stimulate the flow or energy within the body (like acupuncture without the needles).
Jin Shin Jyutsu is beneficial for a variety of conditions, including acute and chronic pain, increasing immune function, eliminating fatigue and migraines, reducing stress, and improving digestion.
The 60-minute Jin Shin Jyutsu treatments take place in the comfort of my home in Pointe Claire, Quebec. After your JSJ treatment, I can provide you with simple self-help JSJ tips that you can do at home.

“I suffered from a great deal of fatigue and gastric challenges from weekly chemotherapy treatments. I was looking for something that would be gentle on my body and help relieve some of the effects of my treatment. Ingrid thought that Jin Shin Jyutsu would be just what I needed. And she was right. After each treatment I felt a real release of energy and relief from several stress points. It also helped me keep a positive attitude which is so important during this type of treatment. Thank-you so much Ingrid for your treatments and also your flexibility in accommodating my availability.”
“Having lived a life of competitive sports, I found myself living with a high stress job and chronic lower back pain. Having done everything from anti-inflammatories and physio to osteopathy and massage, I was willing to try anything that could help relieve my sciatica. After only a few sessions of JSJ, my intense pain was gone thanks to Ingrid and her magic touch. She gave me home exercises and coached me to help manage my stress as well.”
“I live with a lot of chronic pain. I felt relief after only one session of JSJ with Ingrid”
“I highly recommend a Jin Shin Jyutsu treatment from Ingrid. I was going through a stressful period and her treatments were helpful for my knee pain and made me feel more relaxed.”
